Have White Sores On Gums And Through Out Mouth. Bigger
Question: Have white sores on gums and through out mouth.
Bigger ones under front teeth and small ones through out mouth.
Been there for a few days.
Not painful but jaw is a bit sore

I read through your query and saw the pic you uploaded.I suggest you it can be either due to contact allergy of some food stuffs or can be due to any gastric problem like gastritis or due to any recent fever or can be due to some stress . I suggest you to avoid having too spicy food stuffs, seafood or anything which you think after having started showing these sores.Besides these have lots of water. Have vitamin bcomplex.Dont do fasting and get gastritis.Follow these for a week or two and you will see the difference. Stay cool and happy.
