Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
Some amount of white discharge from the vagina is normal and its pattern changes with menstrual cycle but because you have stinky excessive white discharge, it may be reason of concern.
In my opinion, severe white discharge in your case may be because of two reasons- 1) Due to Vaginal infection (pelvic inflammatory disease) 2) Hormonal changes (because your menstrual cycles are also irregular)
For both the causes, you should consult a gynecologist first for your proper pelvic examination and investigations (vaginal swab culture and sensitivity, hormonal profile and ultrasonography) to rule out the cause first and then treat you accordingly.
There are some more suggestions except for antibiotics and vaginal cream, which you can take after your doctor, prescribe.

Take plenty of fluids orally, maintain proper hygiene, use loose fitting cotton undergarments, don't use perfume and excessive soap for vaginal cleaning. Use cranberry juice, use some garlic cloves and yogurt (probiotics), take proper and healthy diet, don't take stress and to consult your dermatologist for change of a medication (because steroid which present in medication for allergy also aggravate the symptom).

You should also see whether your partner is suffering from this problem or not, if he is also involved treat him accordingly.

Please do not worry your problem will resolve after treatment (treatment should be taken for at least 3-6months).

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards
Dr. Richa
