Question: Hi I have blood in my urine and lower back pain. My lower back is swollen. I think I also have hemroids.

The commonest possibility in your case is some problem related to urinary tract like:
>Stone disease-most likely
>Some infection in urinary bladder
>some infection any where in urinary tract.

This is the commonest presentation in such type of disease.

Please visit your doctor and get your self examined. Your doctors after examination will advice urine examination, ultrasound to come to a diagnosis and plan further treatment.

In mean time:
Please take analgesics for pain, that you comfortable with.
Drink plenty of liquids
Take light diet
Avoid strenuous work.
