Have Stiff Neck, Burning Sensation On Back And Feeling Dizzy. What's Wrong?

Question: Have a fuzzy head,dizzyness and stiff neck it also my gait which is affected. I have had 4 MRI scans with no positive diagnosis in fact the last time I saw my doctor he said that he said that he did not know

what was wrong.Any ideas? I also have a burning sensation in the small of my back

The most likely diagnosis could be migraine with mild cervical spondylosis.

This can explain stiff neck, dizziness, headache, etc.

MRI is often normal in these conditions.

Treatment would involve physiotherapy with neck extension exercises.

In addition, medications such as amitriptilyne would be useful.

symptoms may occur with that too.
