Brief Answer:
hi, Your tooth needs to be restored.

Detailed Answer:
hi...

welcome to the forum...

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed a cavity or in the lower right side of your mouth, this could also be an occlusal facet.

I would suggest you to visit a nearby Dentist and get a thorough clinical examination also take an x-ray of the affected tooth.

If the hole is deep involving the pulpal tissue, this could be treated using a crown placement.

If the hole is superficial it can be filled with silver amalgam restoration or tooth colored composite restoration...

If there is presence of occlusal facet, it can be filled using glass ionomer cement restoration..

i would suggest you to avoid food lodgement in the area by gargaling the mouth after every meals and using antiseptic mouthwash rinses to prevent infection...

Hope you find this information helpful! If you have any further queries feel free to ask!

Wish you healthy recovery..
