Dear Sir
Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
I have reviewed the CT scan sent as attachment to your query. It shows concha bullosa and mucosal disease with polypoid changes in frontal sinus, ethmoid, maxillary sinus and sphenoid sinus.

In my opinion you will require functional endoscopic sinus surgery to get rid of the sinus symptoms.

I hope this answers your concern. Feel free to contact me if you require more information about it
