Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for contacting Healthcare Magic.
Basic principle is that what ever you should avoid whatever gives you problem.
Certain food items that you should avoid are: Tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, spicy food, sour things, fried and oily food, mints, choclates. In general what ever gives you trouble, avoid it. You should eat small amounts at a time, though you can eat frequently. Smoking and alcohol also aggravate gastritis.
If there are any other queries, please feel free to contact.
Best wishes,
Dr Dinesh Singal
