Have sarcodosis in lungs. Test showed creatinine-47L and anion gap-17H. What does these mean?

My creatinine is 47L
My Anion Gap is 17H

What do these mean I have sarcodosis in my lungs I'm stage 2
Also my CRP had come up from 25 to 75 which is quite high
