Brief Answer:
Change in antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

UTI after surgery is common. If the first course of antibiotics was completed as per the culture sensitivity report, then chances of repeat infection is possible . The type of organism may be different. Or there may be super added infection.

Or the strength of the antibiotic given to you was inadequate.

If you have a fresh culture sensitivity report, then the highest grade of antibiotics should be changed. You may require it for a longer duration than the usual week.
