I would like to know for how long these pink spots have been present?
Is there associated fever, weakness. or abdominal pain?

Enteric fever (typhoid fever) is associated with development of pink spots on the body especially the abdomen.

Let me know these history.
If it is absent, other possibilities have to be thought.

Hi there,

I haven't had any fever, weakness or other symptoms. They have been present for a few months but it just occurred to me that they seem
To be spreading. I have one area that itched for about a week a month ago but went away and basically, what's left are these increasing pink spots.

Hello and welcome again,

The absence of fever and weakness rules out enteric fever.
Presence of itching in the lesions few days back suggests infection, probably fungal infection or some kind of allergy.

The pinkish spots can develop due to excoriation/ scratching.
However, such spots should not increase in size.

I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
treatment will be planned accordingly.
