Question: Hello,
For last two days, I have pain in my neck and back (upper side). It gets more painful as I move or try to bend. I feel little relief once I take pain killer but it again starts after 4-5 hours. It increases more if I sleep. Please advise me in this regard.

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Application of diclofenac gel can provide more relief than oral medications.

Also I suggest you to get an Xray done to identify the cause for the pain based on which specific treatment can be started.

Hope, I answered your query.

Regards,
