Question: XXXXXXX Dr,

Me is wrting on the behalf of my wife as she is carrying and now 25 weeks.We are staying in Bharain and accroding to Dr she is having oligohydramnious and below are the clinical details
LMP is 8/03/2012 EDD 13/12/2012
Fetal Biometry
BPD 5.59
AC 17.24
FL 4.21
Baby weight EFW 544gm
AFI=10
dr report is tellinh uterine dopple is abnormal with low indices RI=0.57 PI=0.8 the liqour is reduced with AFI=10
As priscribed Dr now she is taking Hibor 2500IU /0.2ML daily one and proluton Depo 250mg once in a week.This is our secound baby and 1st baby had IUGR and had necrotizing enterocolities and now he is 3years and doing good.
Madam i would like to get your opinion on this as soon as possible and kindly advice us in your experiance what we have to do.

It is borderline IUGR and the treatment you are taking is all right.

Increase the oral glucose intake and rest in left lateral position is required for two hours in the afternoon and 8 hrs during night.

Close monitoring , level two ultrasound and 3D ultrasound are required.

Iron and protein XXXXXXX diet is advisable with less salt intake.
