Have Number Of Small Wart On Face. Suggest Some Treatment

I have few wart on my face just below eyes and few on the eye lid. these are small in size but the numbers would be aaprx 20. these have been there for past 12-18 months.
will be grateful if you could suggest me the line of treatment that needs to be followed or removal of these wart.

Warts are caused by human papiloma virus .
Recurrence is common even after removal of warts.
Best method is RF cautery . It causes coagulation of tissue by heat.
RF cautery is an office procedure. Can be done by a qualified dermatologist.
Dermatologist. All the warts are removed in single sitting one or two folloup may be needed.
