Question: Is a nuclear ab and XXXXXXX panel the same test? I have moderate to severe body and joint pain, severe fatigue, dizziness, have tachycardia but do not have a diagnosis.

hello, XXXXXXX is anti nuclear antibody.
It is antibody directed to any of the multiple antigens that make the nuclear matter.
So basically they are the same.
As you have discussed your problems you must undergo a diagnostic workup, which should include blood counts, thyroid function, sugar levels, vitamin D levels.
Also rheumatoid factor and XXXXXXX
This should give us a fair indication of your problem.
