I have knots on my veins which hurt at times !i m a needle user which may have caused this

Thanks for posting your query.
Since you are using a needle to inject the drugs in your body repeatedly, it has caused inflammation in the superficial veins of your body which is causing you pain.
The main treatment is to stop further injections and allow the inflammation to subside.
For a temporary relief you can apply local thrombolytics like heparin ointment. Oral pain killers and antibiotics are needed for symptomatic management. In severe cases, systemic thrombolytic therapy is also needed. You can consult your physician for appropriate prescriptions.
