Welcome to XXXXXXX

Ejaculating soon or premature ejaculation is a common problem. A lot of individuals suffer from this problem. In most of cases underlying stress and anxiety are found to be main reason for premature ejaculation. But fortunately it can be treated.

- Get your Blood Pressure checked as high BP may be a reason of premature ejaculation. If BP comes high consult a Physician for hypertension.

- Get blood sugar checked as abnormal sugar levels can be a reason for this problem.

Now coming to management part. To prevent this you should follow following things-

- Try to divert your attention away while having intercourse. It will prevent any early discharge and will tend to delay ejaculation.

- You can try herbal medicines like Tantex Royal 1-2 tablets daily for this. The tablets should be taken about 1-2 hours before intercourse.

- Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine help to delay ejaculation and have very good results. The tablets are usually given 1-2 hours prior to sexual intercourse. The medicine is also free of serious side effect and is commonly available. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed information.

- Try to exercise daily and if possible go for relaxation exercises like Yoga. This will help to keep you relaxed and will improve confidence.

Hope this helps you, if you have more queries you can ask again.
