Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for sharing your concern. Your diastolic blood pressure really high.

Tips for controlling your blood pressure.

-Measure it on regular basis and keeps a record.Regular high reading calls for treatment with drugs.
-Watch your weight
-After good control of blood pressure, do regular exercise.
-Avoid too much of salt in diet. Avoid junk foods
-Sleep well.
-Avoid possible stress

Keep regular follow up with your family doctor and get investigated for possible causes of high blood pressure at young age like related kidneys, thyroid etc.

Do not shy away from medicines if above mentioned life style measures fail to bring your blood pressure to normal.

I hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.
