Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query

For how long you have noticed this hard mass?
- Can you please tell me what is the size of this mass approximately?
- Is it growing in size or static?
- Is the mass associated with pain?
- Is the mass mobile or not?
- Is this mass causing constipation ?

As you have lots of belly fat, it can be just a collection of fatty tissue in the abdominal wall.

Please come up with these answers, I will be happy to answer your query

Wishing you a speedy recovery
