Brief Answer:
Low ferritin is the main problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query and a detailed report.

I could conclude the following after seeing your reports,
1. Serum ferritin although in normal range, but it is at the lower end of range which means you have a little bit of iron deficiency.
2. Vitamin D is low.
2. Carotene is high.

It is good that you are taking vitamin D supplements,
please start iron supplements also.

Carotene is mainly found in yellow fruits.
Please try to reduce the intake of yellow fruits if you were taking them in excess.

According to me low iron is the main cause of your hair fall as well as anxiety and depression.
Once your iron stores are replenished these problems will decrease.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
