Question: 5'8 60.2kg 19 yrs old. Hello, I am worried about my health. I was in a serious relationship where I lost myself. I put so much into it that I got used and abused and coped by having multiple sex partners. It was a extremely bad idea and totally not like me. I am a bisexual male so I know my chances of catching something are a lot higher. I have some unprotected sex but the people who I have had unprotected sex do not have any STD's and its bee nabout 3-4 months. I performed oral sex on some people and have had a long list of symptoms. I have had 2 blisters in my mouth repeatedly for 6-7 weeks and they went away about 3-4 weeks ago. I had a rash that was labeled as contact dermatitis; it did not irritate or cause itching at all. I had 2 small white circles in my mouth on the inside by my teeth. I had diarrhea for 5-7 days and then 1 day a month later. I have not had it in about 5 weeks. I have had severe itching (in groin area under buttocks on buttocks and by anus a little) to where I cant even function, mainly at night. I have little bumps on my buttocks that dont hurt but causing itching a little. I have had very small white bumps by my anus (2 or 3) over a period of 2 months. I had had itching on my penis, especially the head, and it looks like I have a yeast infection on my penish and thrush in my mouth. I have had little pimple like red bumps (one on my heel, one on my foot, one on 3 different fingers). The first sign of anything was some hair loss on my testicles for about 4-5 days but not extensive loss. I've never had hairloss since. I saw little white things on my pubic hair, pressure below my navel only one day, red eyes sometimes when I wake up, and my left lymph node in my neck was swollen a little for 2 days. It wasnt noticable but I could feel a little pain. I had unprotected sex at the beginning of August and Middle of August. Partner at the middle of August is STD & HIV free still and as far as I know so is the first partner. I have been tested for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and HIV and they have all came back negative on September 1st and on October 13. I have put my body in danger and extremely frightened and annoyed with myself for doing what I did. Is there any way possible you know what this could be?

Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

It is good that you have realized that you are harming yourself by indulging in the activities that you have described and that there is a need to take corrective action.

The blisters in the mouth as you described could be due to host of reasons including herpes infection, multivitamin deficiency, hormonal changes, irritation, stress, braces amongst others. In your case, a herpes infection or multivitamin deficiency seems most likely. Treatment of herpes would require an antiviral drug like acyclovir which would be available on prescription from your treating physician. However, if it’s due multivitamin deficiency, a well balanced diet and a multivitamin supplement would help. You could try Tab. CENTRUM (vitamin supplement), 1 tablet daily with meals.

The rash and the whitish scales that you have seen on your pubic hair could due to seborrheic dermatitis. This could also have led to the red eye. This can be treated using NIZRAL 1% shampoo in your scalp and pubic hair. This has to be applied for 20 minutes before having a bath.

The small swellings that you describe in different parts of the body could be due to a variety of causes including viral warts, molluscum contagiosum and herpes simplex. The exact cause can only be determined after a physical examination by your treating physician who can then prescribe appropriate therapy.

I would also like to know if you had unprotected intercourse after August.

I would recommend you to start living a healthy lifestyle and use adequate protection while having intercourse.

Hope I have answered your query. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries. I will be available to answer any new queries that you might have.
