Question: My Mother in law have black patch's on face they are very dark

The black patches on the face of your mother in law could be due to suntan. This leads to pigmentation of the skin resulting in dark skin.

Please grind a few carrots, add half a lemon to it and one tomato. Make it into a thick paste and apply it on the areas of dark skin.

This needs to be done on alternate days for a month at least to see the changes.

Alternatively, Kojic acid peels or chemical peels are available to do the same. You could consult a Dermatologist for the same.
