Brief Answer:
cramping abdominal pain can be due to IBS

Detailed Answer:
hi
As per your investigations, all reports are XXXXXXX except for a small uterine cyst.1.5cm cyst will cause no harm.
I think it is ovarian cyst
Some women have pain on ovulation, but does not last longer.
So,continuous cramping abdominal pain is due to IBS.
I prescribe Pre and probiotic, antispasmodic to my patients with similar complaints.
Regards
