Have cough, headache, shortness of breath and back pain. What is causing this?

I have had a cough for several weeks, occasional shortness of breath, now back pain
Also headaches which I rarely get

Could you describe the cough ....
Is it nocturnal?
Do get phlegm or sputum after coughing?
Is your cough dry?
Do you have any irritation in your throat?
Are you on any medication at present?
Are you asthmatic or allergic?
Is there any past significant history or similar cough?

Headaches often ,do you get relief with any medications?
Do u get nausea or vomiting at the time of headache?
Is your vision normal at present?

Backache.......where exactly is it?
Do you have any restriction in movements?
Are you working?what profession?
Do you suffer from any gynaec problems?
