Chronic projectile vomiting in a 15 month old. Duration 6 months- already prescribed similar hi energy for borderline ill thrift as a 4 month old- weighed 9lbs at 4 months- now following 9th percentile

Chronic projectile vomitings of 6 months duration in a 15 months old child requires evaluation for the following problems.

1.Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).

2.Sub acute obstructions of gastrointestinal tract and intestines.

3.Intracranial problems which associated with raised pressure inside the brain.

4.Metabolic and inborn errors of metabolism.

So before suggesting you about this chronic complaint of the child, I would like to know the following details.

1.What is the sex of the child?

2.What is the child present weight?

3.Was the child investigated for any underlying problem which is causing
projectile vomiting? What about their results?

4.What is the child's pediatrician opinion regarding this issue?

5.Is the child on any medication currently?
