Dear Sir,

Sorry to hear about your problem. These spots can be due to various causes. They are commonly seen in patients who have recently started wearing a new pair of shoes and they fade over time. It can also be a fungal infection, which is quite common in males and commonly referred to as athlete's foot. Although there the lesions are mainly between the digits and cause intense itching and burning.
Another possible cause could be an eczematous lesion (pictures are not very clear).

It is best that you apply some moisturiser over the area for a few days and if it still persists after 2-3 weeks, you should visit a dermatologist.

Hoping for the best. Please feel free to clarify any other query.
