According at your symptoms, farther tests need to be done. Broken vessel might be the reason after the haematuria (presence of blood in urine) but also there are other reasons like...
-urinary bladder papilloma (benign neoplasm)
-an enlarged prostate
-an urinary tract infection
-a kidney stone or a stone in you bladder
-kidney tumor
-ect
Usually the symptoms of a broken vessel tend to vanish 24-48 hours. Since you have still haematuria,it is time to do some tests to determine the cause. This way we will be able to treat it.
You need to do an ultrasound of your urinary tract. A good ultrasound will detect the stone,the papilloma,enlarged prostate ect.
-An urine test to determine if there is or not any kind of urinary tract infection
Depending on the results,you might need to consult an urologist for the treatment.
Meanwhile you need to have plenty of liquids to clean your urinary tract from the blood
-also fresh fruit juice
-chamomile or XXXXXXX tea to prevent or to help for an urinary tract infection
