skin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image

You seem to have a skin infection- erysipelas. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g either Mupirocin or Fusidic acid cream. These are prescription drugs

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
