Hello,

Thanks for visiting XXXXXXX with your query.

You have not described your problem in detail. I would like to know

1. Since how long you are having this symptoms?

2. Do you have any kind of rashes or eruptions on the skin in the vicinity?

3. Do you have any kind of allergy, asthma, sneezing or hives(urticaria)?Do you have cough, fever or pain at the site?

4. Do you suffer from any other ailments beside what you have mentioned?

If you have none of the above, i am of the opinion that there is no need to be very worried. You may take an antihistaminic for the itching. However consult your GP or cardiologist since you have a pacemaker. He may also give you a thorough check up for the present problem.

Take care. If you have any further query i will be glad to answer.

Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for further inputs.

You could be having some kind of allergy which may be causing the symptom.

As mentioned earlier, take an antihistaminic like allegra or loratadine for the itching. Deworm your self. Have a x XXXXXXX chest taken to rule out any lung pathology though it looks highly unlikely.

Consult a skin specialist in case the symptoms persist.

Hello XXXXXXX

Sorry for the delay, i was a bit busy.

There are various types of intestinal worms like thread worms, pin worms, round worms, whip worms, tape worms etc. You may or may not be having worms but in case of hives or allergies deworming is done with a broad spectrum agent like albendazole as a prophylactic measure.

Regarding your other medicines it is advisable to consult your cardiologist.

Bye.
