Question: im 30 yr old female, with PCOS problem with sedentary lifestyle. kinldy help me reducing weight, even if i don't get time for exercise. i follow very normal veg diet.

Thanks for writing in.
As you have already explained that you have sedentary lifestyle and so you had not any exercise to your body. Please start exercising. It has several health benefits as well.
You are taking normal veg food. So there is not more need for diet restriction.
The full prescription for you as;

1. Kanchnaar gugal 2 tabs thrice a day

2. Medohar gugal 2 tabs twice a day

3. Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs twice a day

4. Trifla gugal 2 tabs twice a day

Do not take curd, bakery food, stale food and chilled water.
