Have MS, Breast Cancer. Having Diarrhoea With Vomiting. Any Liver Problem?

Question: o,i am diagnosed with XXXXXXX FOR 3 YEARS NOW,ive had diarrhea for 3 weeks now.it goes away for maybe 1-2 days then comes back again.ive also had vomiting on and off.im trying to stay hydrated as much as possible.could this be a symptom ofsomething more serious from my liver problem

When was gallbladder removed?
How many episodes of loose stools per day?
Large or small quantity stools?
Blood or mucus in that?

Stool tests done?
Any other tests done?

in answer to your questions.gallbladder out in 1989.im having large and small output.about 15-20 times a day mostly watery stools no blood.hard to see if any mucous
no stool tests done.colonoscory done in 7/2009

Hi,
These symptoms are not related to your liver issues.
Your symptoms are suggestive of small bowel diarrhea.
Consult your GI doctor for tests to be done for small bowel diarrhea.

thank you dr.u r right it has nothing to do with my XXXXXXX I had testing done yesterday and the dr diadnosed me with C-DIFF.i am on flagyl 500 mg 2x per day now and the BRAT diet.im hoping this gets rid of this infection once and for all. thanks again XXXXXXX clark
