Have Itchy, Red, Dry Penis Shaft. What Could Be Causing This?
Question: What can be the reason i have dry, redness, and itch on the shaft of the penis? It become dry and has a little red line that itches. It gets ashy also.

It would be good if you could mention the duration of it and if you are sexually active or not?
The condition which you have described sounds like
fungal infection which may have got infected due to scratching. It is mostly likely due to fungal infection.
I would advise you to go to your doctor to examine you, send scrapping from
lesion to examine under microscope for spores. You will be given antifungal
ointment to use for some time.
