Hi
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your query.

All unprotected exposures are not always infectious though there is a risk.
As per CDC, Atlanta, the risk of vaginal sex is 5 per 0000 exposures.
We have come across so may people remains uninfected in spite of their regular sexual contact with their positive spouse and this condition is called as Sero-discordant status (30-40%).

At the same time one can remain asymptomatic up to 10 years or more.
So it is better for you to have HIV blood screening and rule out the same and get relaxed.
