Had my blood sugar level tested. What is the normal range?

I have just had my blood suger level tested at it reads 7.3 two hours after I last ate is that to high? What can I do to bring it down

The normal range of blood sugar for a non diabetes after two hours of meal is under 7.8 mmol/L.
Your blood sugar is well under the normal range.

So you need not worry about your blood sugar reading.

If you want to bring down the blood sugar levels then below are some steps, which you can follow.
1. Regular exercise.
2. Low carbohydrate diet.
3. High Fiber containing Diet (vegetables, Greens).
