Hi I recently had my mirena coil removed and bleed non stop for 3 weeks, Doctor gave me utovlan which stopped the bleeding but now i havent had my period for over 30 days? I have done pregnancy tests but they came back negative.

Thanks for posting your query.
Since the pregnancy test is negative, the pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in the periods is likely to be due to a mild hormonal imbalance caused by taking Utovlan in the earlier half of your cycle to stop the bleeding.
You can wait for a week more for you periods to begin normally and if there is still no bleeding then you may need to take Utovlan again for 5 days to have a withdrawal bleeding after discussing with your gynecologist.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.
