Question: I have Kidney failure working at a possible 25% level, what can I do to improve my % ?

Hi,
welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately nothing much can be done to improve the function of kidneys, unless the cause of the damage is obstruction to the kidney tube (ureter).

But, further damage can be prevented by
1. Restriction of water intake.
2. Low salt diet.
3. Moderate protein diet.
4. Strict adherence to medicines.
You need to see a nephrologist and strict followup is needed.
