Brief Answer:
associated symptoms to be looked into

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Do you have nausea, vomiting, headache, blurring of vision or any other unusual symptoms along with the dizziness? If yes, further work up would be required in the form of plain CT of the brain.

If none of these symptoms are present, and if it is only dizziness, there is nothing seriously wrong. You need to take plenty of fluids orally along with water, and rest well. You should be fine in a couple of days.

Get well soon.
