Question: i have had the nissen surgery but i still get belching episodes. sometimes during these episodes i get lightheaded sometimes chills. also if i lift anything heavy or get excited i start belching

So if you feel better than before surgery, most likely nothing more can be done and you will have to live with it. However if the symptoms has not gotten better or you still do not feel comfortable, you should consult your surgeon and have gastroscopy done.
