Had Gall bladder mass, underwent surgery and radiation. Complaining of stomach ache, on Decdak and livipill. Suggest?

hello Dr ,
my mother, 64 yrs known case of GBM 4 underwent surgery and radiation 6 months ago reurrence of tumor seen , now almost bed ridden is complaining of stomach ache and stomach area looks heavily swollen , she is on decdak 16 mg a day levipill 1g twice a day and on a diuretic diamox , please advise.

Assuming that GBM stands for gall bladder mass, then the prognosis in your mother's case is very poor. Gall bladder cancers by themselves have a very poor prognosis. Surgery and adjuvant therapy are just attempts at prolonging life without any guarantee of cure.
At this moment of time your mother needs to be given supportive care only. Nothing can be done to the tumor recurrence.
