Please, kindly interpret the attached EKG and inform me what it means and if there us anything I shluld be worried about.

Please, note I did the EKG after 8 of not ingesting any food and drank little warer.

clarification: 8 hours after havijg breakfast and having no food and drank very little water in those 8 hours

I would like to know the reason why you performed this ECG, as it does not show anything concerning.
