Brief Answer:
acne, folliculitis, ingrown hair
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes for bumps over buttocks in your case are:
- Inflammation or infection of the sebaceous glands forming acne.
-Inflammation of the hair follicles leading to folliculitis.
-Ingrown hair forming bumps.
Wearing tight inner wear, warm and moist environment can provoke the development of these lesions.
Better to consult general surgeon once and get examined to find out the exact cause.
Then depending on the cause you can go for the treatment with your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion.

Hi,
May not be a serious problem. But if the infection progresses that can lead to pus formation etc.
So better to get examined early and take treatment.
