Got Hit On Wrist, Unable To Move. How To Fix This?
Question: i hurt my wrist at work somehow and i want to know how to fix it because i cant bend it back. please help me.

If your wrist is swollen, painful or you are unable to flex it freely, there is a risk of fracture or dislocation of your wrist. And it seems that you wont be able to deal with it at home. That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor and have an X-ray of your wrist performed.
In case of fracture or dislocation, splint will be necessary.
