Sheesha is also called as hookah and it is a comparatively safe form of smoking. Even if it consists of glycerol and dont contain tobacco still it has side effects of smoke like- throat irritation, hoarseness of voice, mouth ulcers and increased risk of some cancers especially throat and lung cancer. But as the smoke is filtered from water so it is comparatively safe.

But if we compare this with typical tobacco or cigarette smoking then it is safe. It is very safe than smoking tobacco directly.
