Brief Answer:
you are not diabetic

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Diabetes is diagnosed by 3 methods: (1) a fasting blood glucose sample- after an 8 hour fast- diagnosed if the fasting is greater than 126 mg/dl

(2) a 2 hour post use of a specific drink - diagnosed if greater than 200 mg/dl

(3) HbA1C - greater than 6.5%
and
(4) random blood glucose, this means it is neither a fasting or 2 hour sample. It is diagnosed if greater than 200mg/dl.

Prediabetes means a person does not have diabetes but is at risk at developing diabetes in the future.

This is diagnosed if the fasting is between 100 and 125

2 hour between 140 to 199

HbA1C of 5.7 % to 6.4%

Your blood glucose level is 104 , which is less than all the values to diagnose diabetes. This means that you are not diabetic.

In terms of being prediabetic, if the blood was taken when you were fasted then it is in the prediabetic range which means there is increased chance of diabetes.

If it was taken either as a random blood sugar or 2 hours after then it is normal.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
