i have been getting numb tingly feeling in my right arm and two middle fingers. why would this be happening?

Before answering your question I would be needing some informations from you so that I am on a better position to answer you.
Since when you are having this problem?
Do you get this problem after sleeping or it happens otherwise also?
Do you have history of any injury or diabetes?
Are you regularly taking some medication and if yes,what are they?
Do you consume lot of alcohol?
Have you been investigated for any problem like anemia or hypothyroidism etc?
Do you have any additional symptom besides numbness and tingling?
