Getting headache, pain in eye, sleepy and drowsy. What is the reason?

Feeling drowsy all the day... And there is a headach in righ side... small pain in my right eye also... please reason

Thanks for posting your query.

I will address the problem of drowsiness first.
Drowsiness during day time is due to inadequate sleep at night.
See that you take atleast 7-8 hours sleep at night.
Causes of inadequate sleep are anxiety, sleep apnoea syndrome, disturbance due to noise, etc.
If you cannot figure out any cause for it you need to undertake sleep monitoring called somnography. This test is done by a pulmonologist.

Secondly, pain on right side of head and eye can be primarily eye disease causing pain in the head or a head ache causing pain in the eye.
Are you having redness, discharge in the eye?
If yes then eye problem is suspected.
You need to consult an ophthalmologist for examination.
If not, the cause of head ache should be sought.
It can be related to the inadequate sleep that you are experiencing.
