If the fungal infection is diagnosed, you can then apply the Miconazole ointment (DK gel) on the same.
Wash the affected surface well with XXXXXXX warm water and scrub before applying the ointment. The ointment has to be applied twice daily for a minimum period of 2 weeks even after the lesions disappear.
