Foreskin Feeling Tight During Erection. Noticed Small Pimples At End Portion Of Glans. Looking Red And Painful. What Can Be Done?

My foreskin is little tight during erection but I managed it to pull behind the glans by a little effort by practicing starching. Since last month, I am trying stretching exercises to make the foreskin to be loss enough.
During this period, I noticed some small pimple like things are on my end portion of glans and due to may be a ruf masturbation, couple of them were seem to get ruptured.
Now the parts near to the ending of glans, edges of frenulum and inner layer of foreskin are looking quite red in color and pretty painful to touch or wash during bath.
This condition is from last 10 days to till now, please advice, is this a matter of concern? and what I suppose to do in this case?

The small pimple like structures which you mentioned in your query is nothing but due to stretching force pimples like structure erupts , these are normal in a young person.
Your prepuce is somewhat tight so these thing happens, once you become habitual of intercourse , you will not notice these things.
Due to forceful masturbation these ruptures, this is also a normal things, so nothing to worry.
Once you become habitual of intercourse the redness around the frenum and glans will subsides.
Painful to touch and redness are also normal, rather I would like to say that not painful but feeling of painful sensation is there.
Redness is due to forceful erection.
You have noticed that after ejaculation ( after some time) all these things disappear.
Here I would say that nothing is abnormal ,since you are a 31 year old and this is your most active sex life so don't bother about these things and enjoy life.

The whitish substance under the skin and in between glans is known as Smegma and it yield a peculiar smell , perhaps you have noticed many a times.
This whitish substance is nothing but a normal thing , which only present in male.
Only cleanse this Smegma with water.
So don't worry about that.
As far as concerned about redness at the ring as you mentioned, this will disappear as soon as prepuce skin become habitual of retraction due to sexual intercourse. Don't use any type of medicine for this.
This is not an infection of any type ,so don't worry.
