Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to cancer sore.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-take anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day
-rinse the mouth with salty water
-Use an over-the-counter medicine, such as Milk of Magnesia to put on the area.
-In case you don't feel better consult your doctor for prescribed antibiotic medications.
