Question: I felt a small bump just below my xiphoid process (a inch or two below) more on the left side (between my rib cage) is this normal? It doesn't hurt

This bump is not normal . You will need to get a sonography done to rule out Hernia .
Herniation or Lipoma will need to be ruled out .
