Question: for the past week if I had anything dairy I would fell like need to through up. what can I do to stop it

This may be Lactose intolerance.

You're not able to tolerate Lactose(A form of sugar present in milk).

In this case you may develop diarrhea also.

You may use lactose free dairy products.

Some people also develop allergy to milk proteins.

Better avoid dairy products in such case.

Consult your doctor for more help.
